This time, we received a project to modify this machine’s control panel. The main problem with the old control panel was messy wiring and a control system that still used relay logic. This made troubleshooting the machine more difficult.
We replaced all electrical components with new ones and used a PLC as the controller for this machine. So, this makes it easier to troubleshoot and update additional features in the future.
As a result, the control panel is neater and meets standards.
